Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

Please email us at [email protected] with your order number in order for the team to check if your items has been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will evaluate on a case by case basis.

I did not receive my confirmation email upon check out?

If you do not receive your confirmation email, it is likely to be in your SPAM / Junk folder. If it is not found in your SPAM folder, please contact us at [email protected].

I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

Please email us at [email protected] and we’ll process an exchange for the incorrect item immediately. In the event that stocks are no longer available, store credits/refunds will be issued.

I don't like my item. I want to return/exchange it. What should I do?

We only conduct exchanges for defective items. Colours shown on images may vary slightly due to different screen settings and the nature of the cork material. Requests for exchange/returns due to such reasons will be rejected.
